1. What kind of hardware/software do I need to run your software?
• If your computer is running any version of Windows, then our software will be able to run successfully. This includes Windows 95/98/ME/2000/20003. Just make sure to have at least 30 MB of hard disk space available.
2. What do you mean I need the Microsoft Database Drivers?
• Most machines already have these files installed but if you get an error the first time you run your software, the first thing to try is downloading the database drivers.

3. Do you release updates for your software?
• The latest version of each software program will be listed on the home page. Check back periodically to make sure you have the latest version.
4. How do I suggest a new feature for your software?
• Go to the Contact page to send us an email with your suggestion. Very often, we add new features at the suggestion of our customers.
